  Excellent customer service! Last year I took a tumble on my old bike and was ready for new beginnings with a safer ride. Not only did the Bikelane team work together to answer all of my mountain biking questions, but they also helped me find a bike I felt safest on. I walked in looking for something with thicker wheels, comfortable seating, and good control. The team made sure the bike I picked fit me and my riding needs. They had me test out frame sizes and my helmet right in the shop. Same day, I went for my first bike ride in over a year. The ride was excellent and the bike I picked performed smoothly. Thank you, Bikelane for helping me pick out the perfect bike! I couldn't be happier! = D
